Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mlwdailydeals, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are handled.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by any original tags, protective materials, or accessories

Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Pierced earrings with a broken hygiene seal

These restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Your order number

  2. The item you want to return

  3. The reason for your return

Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, Mlwdailydeals will provide an appropriate return or replacement solution at no additional return-shipping cost.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number plus clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, contact us first.

Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, but eligible items may be returned after delivery.
