Shipping Policy

At Mlwdailydeals, we aim to make shipping clear and straightforward. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.

Processing and Delivery Times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the business day processing starts. Any different shipping timeframe for a particular product will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT begin processing that business day. Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

The 3–5 business day handling period applies before shipment; this cut-off does not mean same-day dispatch. Pacific Time follows PST or PDT as applicable.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please review the shipping method, charges, and delivery information before placing your order.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email your tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

Weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other unexpected events may affect delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will investigate the shipment and provide an update.

If we confirm that an order cannot be delivered, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

If reshipping is necessary because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout, we will explain any additional shipping charge before arranging it.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photographs.

We will investigate and explain the available resolution.
